Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) has been enabled in Sto1, Sto2, DCO and Rise site and is now available for customers to configure. Customers who would like to enable and test MFA can follow the documentation https://docs.safespring.com/compute/howto/totp-mfa/ If you experience any issues while configuring or using MFA, please contact Safespring Support.
Note: Do NOT enable MFA on your Swamid or Feide account. That will result in failed logins. MFA is only for local accounts i.e. "Safespring login", with domain "users" and application credentials.

We will be performing scheduled maintenance on the OpenStack control plane to introduce Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) and associated security enhancements.
Running instances will not be affected and will continue to operate normally throughout the maintenance window. Users may experience temporary issues logging in to or accessing the Horizon dashboard while the maintenance is in progress.
No action is required from users at this time. Further information regarding MFA usage will be communicated separately.
