Openstack Upgrade Osl2

We will be upgrading the OpenStack platform in OSL2 on June 10 between 8:00 and 17:00

All instances will remain up and running throughout the maintenance. However, the Openstack API and Horizon dashboard may be temporarily unavailable or unreliable at times.
The S3 API in OSL2 will also be affected due to the integration with Openstack authentication.

No customer actions are needed.
