Due to some internal delays we are postponing this update until further notice.

As part of upgrading the sto4 s3 cluster we need to switch out the machines managing the cluster.
The s3 services are backed by at least 3 separate load balanced servers. We will be doing the swap one at a time which means the user facing side of the service should not be impacted during the upgrade.
