We will be performing scheduled maintenance on a compute node at our RISE site. During the maintenance, all customer instances currently hosted on the compute node will be live migrated to other available compute nodes. Once the node has been evacuated, we will redeploy it with an upgraded operating system before returning it to service.
We do not expect any interruption to running instances during the live migration process. However, due to differences in the host operating system and virtualisation software versions between the source and destination compute nodes, there is a small risk that some instances could experience a brief, unexpected interruption if a migration does not complete successfully.
Our engineering team will closely monitor the maintenance and respond immediately to any issues to minimise customer impact. Updates will be provided on this status page throughout the maintenance window if necessary.
