S3 Configuration update

- Planned work: Configuration update of the S3 service in public sites: STO1, STO2 and OSL2. The S3 gateway backends will be restarted one at a time.
- Impact: No downtime is expected. Requests that are in progress on a gateway at the moment it restarts may be interrupted or time out. Most S3 clients retry automatically. If a request fails, retrying it will succeed, as it will be handled by another gateway.
- Customer actions needed: None.
