Update
We have been unable to restore to normal error rates. It has been decided to rollback the maintenance actions from today. A backup from this morning will be restored. Any changes made through the openstack api today will potentially be undone.
Data stored in instances is unaffected.

Update
We see increased error rates to the Openstack API. Work will continue throughout the evening to resolve this. It is expected that the API is unavailable for large parts of the evening.

We will be performing a planned maintenance in STO1 between December 10th to 12th.
All instances will remain up and running throughout the maintenance. However, the API and dashboard may be temporarily unavailable or unreliable at times. The S3 API in STO1 will also be affected, mainly on the 10th of December, due to the integration with Openstack authentication.
Most of the maintenance work will take place on December 10th. The remainder of the window will be used for testing, verification, and resolving any unexpected issues.
