Openstack upgrade DCO

We will be upgrading the OpenStack platform in DCO on July 2nd between 8:00 and 17:00

All instances will remain up and running throughout the maintenance. However, the Openstack API and Horizon dashboard may be temporarily unavailable or unreliable at times.
The S3 API in DCO will also be affected due to the integration with Openstack authentication.

No customer actions are needed.
